Vintage Italian Jewelry Box with Reuge Player. Nice Wood Case Italy by Intarsitalia. Would make a great gift for a special occasion or keep for yourself! The jewelry box was made in Italy. Appears to have been made by a company called Intarsitalia. Just a beautiful peach colored lacquered case. All there, no dings or missing pieces.

Just some minor surface scratching and hairlines to the marquetry design on the top of the lid. Nice design of flowering on the top of the lid of the case. The song sticker is on the bottom of the case and says "Sunrise Sunset". The brass gold colored lacquer legs are still on the case. Has a red suede interior.

One piece covers up where the music player is built in. The music box in the case was made by Reuge. The music box does stay running when wound and lid is open. The music box stops playing as it should when the lid is closed. The pins on the cylinder and teeth on the comb are all in place. The music box spring feels sound when keyed.

There is no key for the lock on the jewelry box. The top to the case is securely attached to the case. Some minor wear to the finish of the case, still looks great. There are hairlines to the marquetry finish on the top of the lid, the wood itself is not cracked, just the applied image.

The music box is 2-7/8" tall, by 11" across, by 5-1/8 wide. Let us know if you have any questions or need additional pictures.
