Vintage Chinese Mother of Pearl Inlay DK. Red Lacquered Folding Jewelry Box With Birds, Butterfly & Peony, Koi Latch. This is vintage gorgeous handmade carving Mother of Pearl inlay wooden jewelry trinket box with lovely peony, butterfly and birds design, Hand made carved brass Koi latch on the wooden box.

The top has a beautiful scene of peonies with butterflies. The front is decorated with 3 geese or ducks in the pond with butterfly. The box with beautiful music, the song title marked on the bottom, please see the large pictures. The box has a brass plate on the front with hinged locking mechanism, Koi latch, brass hinges on the back. Gold Brass butterfly latch opens to reveal four drawers with butterflies on the front.

The interior lid is mirrored. It has a removable red velvet lined tray that has forms to hold a bracelet (or watch), earrings and rings. The bottom is also lined with red. The Folding jewelry box measures 8.5"L x 6.5"W x 5H. Excellent Used Original Condition, Multi use, traditional Chinese style, great for friend and family.
