Postal Regulations and Requirements are very clear. In order for the claim to be processed with the Post Office, the receiver of the damaged item must file the claim at their local Post Office or you may file online.
You will need to keep the damaged item, the box with the labels on it, and all of the original packing materials as the Post Office may require them for proof of damage. You must document any discrepancies in your claim upon receipt of the item and with clear and concise photographs provided to me and e bay within one day of receipt of item. PLEASE NOTE: The pictures that are posted are as much a part of the description as the written description. You and I may have differing opinions of what is considered normal age wear on vintage and antique items.
I consider chips, cracks, and/or repairs to be damage and these will be clearly stated in the description. Look at the Pictures and READ the DESCRIPTION. International Buyers - Please Note.
