Rare Collectible Sankyo Vintage Wooden Jewellery Musical Box Armoire Cabinet. After much research I believe this is a very rare commemorative piece. It was a gift 30 years ago from a family member and has been wrapped stored in my loft ever since. Highly unusual for Sankyo to produce a 20 note musical movement which this is.

Plays The Waltz of the Flowers from the Nutcracker by Tchaikovsky when drawer is opened. Musical carousel style with Louis XIV dancing baroque French porcelain figurines. Removeable Porcelain figurines that turn on a rotating disc. Etched mirror behind the dancers. On close inspection it appears that one female figurine has been repaired (see pictures and video).

It's a little dusty overall despite being wiped and also there are a few marks on the wood as pictured. Cupboard to the right also lined and fitted with a spinning hanger for necklaces or bracelets.
