ORPHEUS Sankyo Wood 30 Note Music Box, Waltz of the Flowers, FREE SHIPPING
Offering this exceptional Sankyo Orpheus music box which plays Tchaikovsky's Waltz of the Flowers from The Nutcracker Suite. This is not a jewelry box, rather a finely crafted three wood music box. The base is oak with maple sides and an inset cherry. The box has a beautiful shape with slight angles which gently narrow toward the top, then cut a sharper angle creating a peak line. All wood is expertly finished.
The music box winds perfectly playing the piece smoothly (listen to recording). The background "chop" sound was me and not the box. The box weighs 2 lb 7 oz and measures 10" wide by 6" deep by 4 at the peak.
