Nicole Feres Ltd Polyphon 4751 with 58 Discs 1900

  
Polyphon stamped with the serial number 4751 Timbre Variante. It has a carved Ebonised case with a raised panel top, scrolls on each corner with a leaf plinth base. To the inside of the lid is a lithograph of musical cherubs sitting in a garden, the double musical comb sits on a large gilt cast bedplate underneath is housed the movement and the resonators.

This polyphon was retailed by Nicole Freres Ltd and plays discs 15 3/4 inch diameter. It comes with 58 Discs. It is full working order, with the resonators been restored to original condition, movement has been stripped and cleaned.
