Rare vintage Italian Music box Pepper mill Reuge Brevetto. Faun Finial on top of wood grinder with boars head mount. Mill still works and grinds pepper as well as plays La Vie en Rose when lifted.

The faun finial is more rare than the version with the bird on top. The body of the mill has painted and gilded porcelain reposse courtisan scenes supported on a cast gilt gold tone brass base with boar head and hooved feet and measures 11.5 inches tall. The pepper mill as well as the music box portion are in great working condition. This is a beautiful piece that is both decorative and functional.

It has some wear and a bit of cracking/chipping in the finish but overall very good condition and will Not require repair visible in photos.
