Mr Christmas Musical Bell Symphonium Wood Music Box 16 Discs 2002 vintage Holiday Works. This is a gorgeous piece in the original box.

There is a bit of wear to the box and the wood on the outside including some blemishes on the corners and bottom. Two of the feet have caved in so it sits a bit uneven. It works well and sounds great!
