This is a vintage item, NOT NEW and not perfect. For your consideration is this really beautiful Music Box from Germany. It is an unique work of art, hand crafted from wood and hand painted by the well known Steinbach company. It features an angel sitting next to a baby in her crib. There is a beautifully detailed flower stem next to them.

The musical movement is a. The sound is bright and clear and it plays very well Brahms Lullaby. To wind it up, just turn the knob underneath clockwise. There is a working stopper on the side, too.

When the music is playing the entire platform rotates. The music box is in great condition and almost complete.

There might be a flower in the tree missing and a petal on the floor. But this is hard to say, because all these music boxes are different and unique. The paint is bright and shiny. There is a crack on the side. For some reasons most of these old music boxes have a crack there in that exact spot.

Please look at all pictures and zoom in. It measures about 7" tall and 4 1/2" wide. Marked with the Thorens label. Most probably dates back to the 1970s.
