ERZGEBIRGE Music Box Lady with Flower Stand Wood Germany Leichsenring Thorens

  

For your consideration is this beautifully detailed Music Box from the Erzgebirge Region in the former East Germany. This stunning work of art was made by the well-known Leichsenring company from Seiffen. Every single flower was hand carved from wood and stained. The Thorens musical movement is from Switzerland and plays very well: "Waltz of the Flowers". To wind it up, just turn the key underneath clockwise.

There is a working stopper on the side. The music box in excellent condition and complete, only very few petals were lost. Please look at all pictures and zoom in. Size: the lady is about 5 3/4" tall and 5" wide.
