For your consideration is this lovely vintage Music Box from Germany. It is an unique work of art, hand crafted from wood and hand painted. It features a group of angels and Santa with a sled walking around 3 large Christmas Trees. This beautifully detailed music box was made in the Erzgebirge region in Germany by the famous company "Wendt & Kuhn". When the music is playing, the platform with the figurines rotates, white the trees in the middle stay stationary. The musical movement is a swiss THORENS movement. The sound is bright and clear and it plays very well: "Oh Christmas Tree".

To wind it up, just turn the key on the side clockwise. There is a working stopper on the side, too. The music box is in great condition and almost complete.

There is only one tiny candle on the sled missing. The paint shows some wear, though. There is multiple spots where the paint is missing.

Please look at all pictures and zoom in, to see what to expect. One of the 3 trees also has a wood chip on the top (see pic 4). Dates to the 1990s and comes with original box. It measures about 11" tall and 7" wide. Comes from a clean and smoke free home.
