BEAUTIFUL REUGE MUSIC BOX 72 NOTE SWISS MOVEMENT 3/72 WOOD CASE INLAY - WORKS! This is a stunning Reuge music box. She's beautiful to look at and fantastic to listen to.

The craftsmanship used to build this music box is just outstanding. From the use of many types of wood inlays to the delicate design of leaves and a mandolin on hinged top. Has a wonderful wood gloss finish. Wood box is made in Italy.

She's in great cosmetic condition showing almost no wear and only one small manufacture blemish on the right corner. The music box measures 8" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2. This Swiss music box has a 72 note Reuge movement 3/72 which works perfect and plays songs beautifully. I'm not sure of what the songs are due to the box not having a song sticker. The tone of the music box is beautiful as well.

The brass button on the front of this music box is the on and off switch. When fully wound the mechanical movement will continue to play each of the songs until the movement needs to be wound again, with the switch in the on position. You can also play one song at a time. This is an outstanding player, beautifully crafted Reuge music box with a 72 note Reuge mechanical Swiss movement.
