Antique Swiss cylinder organ large music box George Bendon c1860's

  
Description: Antique Swiss cylinder organ large music box -? Bendon added other instruments in to his music boxes, so the organ bellows are an additional feature to enhance the cylinder's sound. The box is larger to accommodate the bellows in the base (There are currently not in the box but will be housed inside if posting). The main case is 55cm x 32cm x 32cm, there is a further 3cm projection for the plinth that run around the base. Condition: It appears to be in a state of restoration - may not be complete. Along with the bellows, there are several small piece of the case that are detached, but these are in a bag with some other pieces. Please see note below, I don't know if all the pieces are present so please ask for more photos if required. A courier (such as through Shipley) would possibly be required.

There is a glass cover inside. I have posted approx 6 of these cylinder music boxes before and managed to pack them so the glass has arrived intact.

This box is very large and fragile and already weighs 20 plus kg. The item may exceed this limit once packed - so please message me and I will look at options. General notes: I sell a wide variety of items - in many cases you may know more about an item than I do.

I use recycled packaging wherever possible, it may not look slick, but it serves the purpose and gives you the chance to recycle it or use it again.
