Antique Black Forest wood carved Swiss Bear statue music box ashtray Onyx Eyes
This wood carved antique Black Forest Swiss Bear music box ashtray was made in the 1920's. It used to play "Pretty Blue Danube, Tales from the Vienna Woods" when you pushed down on the handle in front of the ashtray that opens the cigarette humidor. It currently is in need of a new main spring for the music box mechanism.
The rest of the mechanism operates as it should. The music roller and comb are in great condition and the sound is wonderful. It is in very good condition for its age as can be seen from the pictures.
