This is a top of the range Table Polyphon from c. The case is made of Walnut and is embellished all over. Note the beautiful inlaid panel to the lid. The mechanism has been cherished all its life as you can see, there is no evidence of prior damage to the steel combs, no awkward squeaks from the dampers, it just plays beautifully as it would have played 140 years ago. The box comes complete with a disc cabinet containing no less than EIGHTY good discs, all of which are playable. I have made a video so please get in touch and I will forward it to you.
